Last weekend, the UK's number one and two travelled to Papendal in the Netherlands to battle it out with Europe's best players.
The day started with the doubles blind draw with Richardson going the furthest, reaching the final but just falling short with his designated partner from Germany, Carsten Meurer.
Then the doubles event started with Lilley and Richardson now warmed up ready for action.
They played some very good players and managed to reached the last 8 in the winners bracket where they met ACL Pros and eventual event champions Bruno Bocquier and David Peridy. Despite a good start they fell to a 21-5 defeat.

It was a fantastic weekend and well run by the ACL (Ton de Vries and team), we look forward to playing more tournaments on the tour in the near future, next being in Germany.
But for now we go back to the practice boards.
The next event for the players is the Southern Qualifiers on May 20th in Oxford.
